Chris Hughes is the longtime head football coach at Fairview High School in Fairview, Tennessee. Known for his deep ties to the community and passionate leadership, Hughes has been a fixture in Fairview athletics for over two decades. Before taking over the high school program, he coached Fairview Middle School football for 11 years, earning the trust of school leadership and local families with his “hometown coach” approach.
Since becoming head coach at Fairview High, Hughes has led the Yellow Jackets to consistent success, including multiple district championships and playoff appearances. In 2022, he celebrated his 100th career win as head coach, a testament to his enduring impact on the program and the student-athletes he mentors.
Beyond traditional football, Hughes is also active in the flag football community, coaching in professional leagues and helping promote the sport across Tennessee. His dedication to youth development, both on and off the field, has made him a respected figure in Williamson County athletics.
