The Independence High School volleyball team swept past newly minted TSSAA opponent Franklin Christian Academy in straight sets 25-12, 28-26, 25-13 on Monday night.
With the win, Independence moves to 9-1 on the season and is currently holding an eight-match winning streak. The Falcons dropped to 1-2 overall.
