Clint Finch brings nearly three decades of coaching experience to Brentwood High School, where he enters his 15th season on staff and his fourth as head coach. A veteran of Tennessee high school football, Finch previously served as Brentwood’s offensive coordinator and associate head coach under longtime coach Ron Crawford. He officially took over the program in 2021.

Finch’s coaching journey includes stops at Ravenwood High School (2013–2014), Harpeth High School (1994–2003, 2005), and Hunters Lane High School (2004). Known for his strategic offensive mind and steady leadership, Finch has guided Brentwood through multiple playoff runs and helped develop a culture of discipline, pride, and commitment.

Finch is deeply rooted in the community. His wife, Dana, serves as principal at Heritage Middle School, and both of his sons—Colby and Cooper—played in the Brentwood football program. Finch was honored as Brentwood High School’s Teacher of the Year in 2021–2022.
