After watching a 20-0 lead evaporate, Nolensville High School senior kicker JD Kuhlmann stepped into the spotlight and booted a 31-yard field goal with 57 seconds remaining to seal a 23-21 win at Summit in Week 2 on Friday.
The field goal came after a prior missed extra point and field goal on the road in the all-Williamson County matchup. However, the senior knew he could come through when his team needed him most.
